Friday Fences #89

Just got 2 tonnes of firewood delivered in the pouring rain, will have to wait until it dries out before we can use it. I didn't realise how nice a fence we had in this house we moved into last year. The delivery truck skidded on the grass and didn't make it up the hill so the wood ended up down the drive just inside the fence, great deterrent for any would be thieves.

I tried to get to the Canberra Arboretum to take some photos

but they only open once a month to drive up in a car.

I wasn't game enough to take that long walk up the hill.

I do know there is a beauty to behold when I make it up there on open

day one day.

However I did find this on the road halfway up,

a fence of some sort holding some bricks.

Beautiful Rose

Found this rose at the back of the fence behind our house.

I'ts a public area and our very green fingered neighbour planted

them there so we have some beautiful blooms.

I discovered Monochromatic, then I forgot to turn it off LOL

Surfers Paradise up on the Gold Coast, this view from our apartment showing the hotel across the road with a 12 foot fence blocking out the street view for hotel guests. We could see them all in their balcony and frolicking in the pool area as we were on the 5th level. 

I love that hotel, looks like a mini palace to me.

Guess what I found behind this fence on Hope Island, Gold Coast

Million dollar boats,cruisers you name it. 

Walking by all these boats just felt

like the air was dripping in money, some of them were spectacular

hmmmmm wish, wish, wish

I did live on a yacht for a weekend, couldn't find my feet when I came 

back to shore but it was divine.
