WOYWW #177

What's on your Workdesk Wednesday and 9 more weeks till Christmas!!

Not much progress this week because I was ill last weekend, made an improvised punch holder along the tops of the shelves. Table and chairs arrived from a work colleague.
Made some curtains to hide under table mess and storage. Put up rods to hold ribbons
There is more cardstock than there are paper shelves to house them LOL. I can put up 3 tables to hold classes if I chose to go down that route again, have had enquires about when I will start again
Boxes in garage down to my level now so I can open and unpack
Mr Crafty finally widdled down his CD collection to this. Lovely view out the window of the Brindabella mountains but the sun glare got in the way. I'll get a better picture of the view next time. The dining table will probably be the place to craft when I am on my own or when friends come around to craft and its too cold down in the dungeon tee hee.

Take a trip around the world with Julia's Stamping Ground to see more desks

You are almost done. how wonderful to get that table and all those lovely chairs from your coworker.
If you do classes, those chairs will be such a bonus.
I often use a chair to put stuff on rather than put it on the floor and have to bend to retrieve items!

Bridget, it's so sad that we both haven't crafted in so long!!! Of course, you're space is still coming together, so you have an excuse!! We need to get crafting though!!!!!

Love the way your room is looking! The spacious tables in the middle of the room are AWESOME!!

Your space is developing nicely, it is going to be fantastic. What a shame you are so far away or we'd all be there to play! (you are probably saying thank goodness right now!) Have a great week unpacking those last boxes. Helen, 19

Looking very good and a bonus is a peep through the window - great view of all the treetops.

Just back from walking the dog and catching up on a few desks.

What a wonderful craft space, it looks like there's room for a bear or two. On those chairs, can we move in?

Hi Bridget...
Back again...my counter is not marble...It is just laminate counter...my son-in-law is a countertop installer (has his own business). He subcontracts to the 2 huge box stores here. He is always busy but sometimes gets beautiful counters for free when the factory cuts them wrong or people change their minds...
He is a good person to know:)
