WOYWW #196

What's on your Work Desk Wednesday.
I seem to need all the room I have now hahaha and can't decide which surface to work on.
I do have designated areas for certain things.
This one is my tool/cutting area.
This table was needed to sort stuff out for a class.
Check out that cute little trolley holding my glue sticks,
HONEY I SHRUNK YOUR TROLLEY
there is a memory book in the making.
This is my main table, it is stable and large, I was working on the opposite table but its wobbly and is joined in the middle so it can be folded up but that annoys the heck out of me.
Working on my 14 mini books for a swap I am hosting. I have found a new way to store my many scissors, can you see it at the left of the table?

This table became my glue table, those are stamps on the shelves behind. A letter from a dear friend Sandra sits on the corner, some new Spellbinders mini dies and an envelope maker.
My table from a different perspective. All chairs are used and needed hahhaa
The other wobbly table I used to work on, is now storing stuff or used to sort stuff out before I move over to the wooden table to craft my heart out. Didn't take long to be messy huh!!
I stood on top of the corner office desk and shot this from above showing the opposite side, giving you the perspective. Umm yes there are 2 wooden guillotines on either side of the Big Shot.
Looks like a classroom huh.
I so love having dedicated areas for stuff instead of having to pack it all up and unpack to use
Join Julia in this weeks voyeur around the world on clean and messy and wonderful desks
I'm going to start designing my ATCS for the WOYWW 4th Anniversary,
I thoroughly enjoyed the swap last year. MAY 28TH is the date.
If you'd like to swap with me drop me a line and I will put your name down for one.
I will be making as many as who wants to swap with me, anywhere in the world.

I still cannot get over the size of your craft space, Bridget! It DOES look like a classroom. I see you've added the Grand Caliber to your "toys," too.

What a fabulous space you have and I love how you've organised the different areas. I keep trying to do that but haven't quite managed it yet. I adore the little trolley, it's so cute! Thanks for sharing and Happy Woyww Liz at 147 x

HOLY SMOKES! What a workspace! It's as big as my house! LOL... and when you said trolley I was looking for a cable car like thing. Then I figured out trolley=shopping cart :) How fun!

Hi Bridget, I thought I'd reply on this last WOYWW post of yours, because I can relate to it so well! Great minds think alike! In my new ARTHaven when we move, I am also intending to have different zones for different activities. I agree with you that it's sensible, so you don't have to keep putting stuff away, only to get it out again. I hadn't thought of specific "cutting" and "glueing" stations but maybe I will now! Your new room is absolutely awesome - so much space! It all looks just great.

Thank you for your nice comment. So far I'm not finding the moving lark too stressful. I started downsizing my ARTHaven months ago, and have been tackling it a bit at a time and it's now nearly all packed up. That is certainly the most difficult room of the house. We are also packing up Mum's house, but my hubby and my sister, and occasionally my cousin, have all been involved in that, and we've all taken on different tasks (my sister dealing with the auctioneer, me dealing with estate agents and solicitor, my hubby organising disposal of stuff - he has loads of contacts! - and my parents' power of attorneys, etc. etc.) so it's all getting done, and it's so encouraging, seeing each job completed and ticked off the list.

It doesn't matter if boxes take 6 months or more to unpack! Take it at your leisure. If you've at least got a kettle to make a cup of tea, things are never too bad lol!! Unpacking boxes is always like Christmas for me, and finding all the treasures inside, and deciding where to put them is a huge amount of fun for me. I'm a natural nest builder, I think!!

I can't wait to get in now, and get my ARTHaven organised, enjoy my new kitchen, make new friends in our new neighbourhood. As for the roof, an agreement has been reached and the work is going ahead, so all will be well.

Have a great day, even if it isn't a WOYWW day for you.
