Coconut Choc Chip Cookies
1 Egg 125ml
Vegetable Oil
3 tbsp Self Raising flour 25 g Desiccated Coconut
125 g White Chocolate Chips 150g Brown Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla Essence 65
g Plain Flour
14 tsp Cinnamon 175 g Slivered Almonds
2 tbsp Caster Sugar or normal White Sugar
Grease baking sheet & line with non
stick baking paper
In a bowl beat egg and sugars together
until light and creamy
Stir in vanilla essence and oil
Sift flours and cinnamon then add the
coconut, almonds and white chocolate chips and mix well with wooden spoon
Form large teaspoons full and bake in a pre heated
oven 180C 12-13 minutes or until golden brown.

No no no - I am not cooking/baking these.... I would have to substitute dark chocolate for the white chocolate as it gives me migraines..
