T for Tuesday

I love my mugs, especially ones with writing on them and this one I bought from our annual craft show. I normally only see this quote with coffee

The only downside is the black inside, I don't like black inside my cups because I can't see how strong my tea is when it is brewed. The cup on the right was brewing a Forests Fruit cuppa.
I usually drink all my tea with milk except the Asian teas, I think as is, without sugar or milk. Well this Forest fruit tea was a disaster with milk LOL. On the left I saved some to drink as is, on the right I added milk, it does not taste nice with milk and looks gross LOL
This is the new range and they are yummy. Next week I will show you the yummiest tea I have found IMHO.

Love the mug(s) - I drink all my tea(s) black - and must admit that the pink tea with milk looks gross! ;-)

I like that mug and agree with the inside being black wouldn't work for me either.
The tea sounds so good and looks much better with no milk in it. Maybe only fruit and milk go together best in smoothies.
What a nice collection you have here, can't wait to see what next weeks will be.
Happy Tuesday!

My grandmother used to drink milk in her tea, but I don't like it in most of mine. I know some teas taste better without it, while others need it to enhance the flavor of the tea. I think it's all about learning (experimenting) which ones work best plain and which ones work better with milk.

You and Annette! What can I say? Great minds buy the same mugs (grin).

LOL @ us both suing the same mug for T on Tuesday! The milky fruit tea looks yuk... don't think they are made for adding milk to and I am trying to imagine how awful it would taste!!

i like black mugs, but i don't go by the look of the tea but by time steeped. i'm not a good judge if i'm going by how strong the tea looks to me.

i always drink tea without milk or sugar. i used to drink it with sugar and sometimes lemon but got away from that at some point.

i haven't seen any of those tetley teas. i'll keep an eye out for them thx!

Hi Bridget - not being a T drinker - I don't count the fruity ones as "Tea" - more of a brew - I love things like zingers and blackberry brews - no actual tea involved... have a great week - Mxx

I agree, you can't add milk to fruity teas! I often just have black t, as I stopped taking sugar at the beginning of the year and still can't stand the taste! But black T isn't too bad! Happy T day

Mmm, those fruity varieties of tea sound good, but I can't wait to hear what kind of tea you've found that's the most delicious. You're keeping us in suspense! Okay, I guess I can wait a week to find out. Happy T Day!

Oh no Briget, not milk in herbal infusions! I hope you will drink it without from now on! I see what you mean about the black, my cup this week is green inside with paw prints!
